According to journalist , discussions between Chelsea and Napoli have been confirmed, with both clubs meeting on Thursday to deliberate on Lukaku's future. Napoli are keen to fulfill Conte's wish of bringing Lukaku to Italy and have entrusted their director of football, Giovanni Manna, to negotiate a deal with Chelsea. Manna, currently in London, is scheduled to meet with Chelsea executives this afternoon, where Lukaku’s agent will also be present. While a personal agreement between Napoli and Lukaku has reportedly been in place for some time, the only remaining hurdle is reaching a consensus with Chelsea.
